Important Notifications

In accordance with EU regulatory changes, it will be mandatory to provide the following information on the documentation starting 01-Mar-2023 for all shipments going to the EU member countries, Switzerland, Norway and Northern Ireland:

• Sender’s name: Address and contact
• Recipient’s name: Address and contact
• EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification)
• Customs HTS code: first six digits for each commodity
• Item description

• Rejected declarations or customs intervention, with possible penalties imposed for non-compliance.
